Sony definitely has the edge when it comes to story driven single player games. That's why I still own a PlayStation. Uncharted, Horizon, God of War, the graphics in the cinematics of those games from the PS4 era, the hair physics, the cloth textures, everything.... Just blows this away.
I love to see Xbox diversifying, but they gotta step it up...
My PS5 doesn't get much use so far either, played a little Spiderman, finished Uncharted 4, need to finish God of War, start Last of Us 1 and Days Gone then on to Last of Us 2
Thankfully it was reversed and free to play was taken out of the pay wall
I'm happy with Quick Resume enough to not miss these. But then again, I have both systems and get to enjoy best of both worlds...

Well that doesn't makes sense since all true exclusives are available on GamePass indefinitely. None that were added have been removed, so I'm curious why you'd only buy those games of you have GamePass

So I read your list of things they supposedly didn't include. Almost everything listed is the one way or the other. You can argue all you want but the language they used can be taken in many ways. When it comes to a lawsuit, it has to be far more obvious than that, and then offering refunds almost eliminates any damages. Don't forget, you have to prove damages
