well 360 got unreal engine so its even.
drop the wifi, drop hd to 40 gb, drop price to 299 with silver color and watch those things fly off the shelves. But they won't do that 'coz SONY has too much pride to carry on for next generation than just win this generation and loose reputation.

I don't have to like games just it scores 90 over on meta. And, Yes I sold Fallout 3 on craigelist at $35.

If you are planning to play GOW3. I'd strongly suggest you to play GOW1 and 2. Just rent the console and games. I have very few ps2 games that I am keeping in my collection. Those are GOW1 and 2 along with MGS2 and FFX.
Fallout 3 sucked for me. I didn't even finish 10% of the game I sold it on craigelist.
R2 is kiddy game compare to KZ2.
Playing on Elite mode and getting my arse kicked.
I don't play sales that's fact but its hard to ignore completely when I am regular visitor of this site and someday all you see is sales number.

I can't usually tell the difference when these type of comparison screen shots and video pops in.
But, A/c to these screen shots I can easily tell PS3 version looks better but show us some real game.
I don't play comparison, I play games.
1) Ms introduced their console on 1st generation
2) took over North America on 2nd generation. Europe 50/50
3) On next generation, it will take all over the world.
Nothing to dance about 20K difference in japan when there was over 120K difference in NA KILLZONE2 month.

left 4 dead is kinda fun to play vs mode or even story mode on co-op.

I just have good feeling about this game. I don't know much about this game and I am keeping it that way but this is my next buy on my list.
As far as prototype goes, I am not sure how that will turn out but I didn't like multiple powers. I rather expert one power. What can I say, I can't handle complicated games :D

If it goes as plan, it is very interesting. But, don't think MS and Sony won't jump into it if there is money to be made. And, there will be competition for who can provide good service (lag free) and will have exclusives as well.
but I don't want to play on freaking pc monitor. And, for TV, you have to buy micro console (that's what they said) with wireless controller but it said to be cheap. Anyway, There are many questions that is unanswered. Lets see how it goes.
But, it is not the end of consoles. How many consoles that are not registered online for both psn and live ?? There are so many gamers who don't even go online, let alone pay to play online game that you can't even own.
I pay 200 dollars for a game if I like it. And, some games I wouldn't play if you give me 200 per hour.

You are absolutely right on your argument. But, noticeable thing is, It's going to get 50-50 sales if the sale trend of hardware stays same which means it's hard for MS to buy exclusives 'coz install base is just growing. And, it's also hard to just port games from 360 version 'coz they know if they do that, then they won't able to sell many games.
While multiplat seems to stays 50/50, PS3 wins on exclusives 'coz of in-house devs.
