The PC base isn't as big as you'd think. It's expensive and most PCs used for gaming as heavily under spec'ed. But if revenue is what you wann talk about...World of Warcraft, LoL, etc. If there is one thing that the nicely spec'ed PC gamers have, it's money. Besides, it wouldn't cost much to port because consoles use the same architecture as the PC. DX11 also and what not.
Having too much is better than too little in this category. Customizability is very important to a lot or consumers, including myself.

Love it. Pre-ordered for 45 on PC :) The PS guys are really hating on the Xbox over this game forgetting that they had TLOU not so long ago. Let the game shine guys. It just seems like somehow all PS supporters have a PC that's capable of playing the game. How do all these Sony guys have an opinion of a game, hate it when PC gamers shit on their grpahics, and would never buy the xbox one? I smell bullshit. I don't know why everyone speaks about cod like it's all bad. Titanfall has similarities to Cod but it takes the best thing about it. It's in the same damn genre. Of course there are going to be similarities. Next thing you know people are going to say a game is like cod because the player can respawn after death lol Cod has a lot of good ideas. Titanfall takes the best and adds even more amazing stuff.
It's true that PCs evolve really fast but I would rather have a PC that's "outdated" 3 weeks later than a console that was outdated 6 years ago lol yes, I'm taking about the next Gen consoles.

Every great game in recent history was hyped beyond belief. Last of us, bios hock infinite, and so on. This game is gonna be good for sure. For sure. Being great...that's a different story.
