10 million? Most of the latest figures put it around 19 or 20 million.
I think there are a few reasons why a large number of people prefer consoles:
1) the simplicity
2) the couch factor
3) computers re upgrading and tweaking settings etc to get a game running is daunting to the average pc user
4) the average pc user reads the requirements for a pc game on the side of the box and doesn't understand all of it
5) the average pc user sees a laptop or desktop as something you use only for surfing the web, emails, ...
"I don't have or care to have a controller preference (though I do think the DS4 is the better control)..."
So you do have a preference? :)
PR quote or not...this guy sounds pretty genuine :)
I agree with hades07 - XanderZane's post was purely opinion, bereft of extreme bias, and without malice. Just stating a preference. And hades07? Your comment is, for me, the best I've ever seen on here :)
Yep, definitely getting this on Day 1.

* Divinity
* Rainbow 6 Siege
* Battelborn

It's great that consoles are still selling well because it means we will continue to get games. Is the PS4 selling much better than the Xbox One? Definitely. There's no doubt about it. Being an Xbox One owner, I don't mind that the PS4 is outselling the Xbox One. I'm just happy that the Xbox One is still selling really well and attracts great games. To me, it's not a war or a competition (leave that to the corporates). I don't care if my friends have Android or ...
Although I would be more than happy for the arguments to stop once it is released, I doubt very much that will happen. Especially on a site like this.
Yep. Level 14, so I will be keeping my fingers crossed, too. I like the layout of most of the current dashboard, but it is sluggish at times and a bit on the cumbersome side, so I'm hoping the new dashboard will be heaps better. Certainly looks like it will be :)
If it comes to the point where you could trade in digitally bought games, would you prefer digital downloads? Because let's be honest here, the day will come when discs are a thing of the past.
