A new Siren game in VR, they can call it Siren Hills.
Especially when they're doing it from scratch like this, where they have no engine and have to rebuilt a brand new Fox-like engine form the ground up. That'll take at least 6 months to a year, just for the engine. Then it'll take 1 or 2 more years for the game.
So 3 years at the very least, unless Kojima goes the Unreal Engine route.
