pc 's already have standard hdd's
on pc you will hve no problem installing the game
no matter what the size and after that you can play it on ultra or what ever you want with alot more freedom
on xbox 360 about 60% of the owners have the older xbox's they don't have hdd
micro will not allow dev to make games that need install bec of that

xbox360 both ways are really bad
if you play with 3 Dvd's then you will not get the same qualtiy of the game as the ps3 version
if you install the game you will be installing 22GB
and thats the only way to make the 360 version almost on par with ps3 version
