the reason why they want it connected like they said is more to assure developers that the entire install base will have it. so if one wanted to add a feature they wouldnt think it was a waste of time with 1 out of 20 people having it. and when youre done gaming just shut the whole xbox off

the reason they really were happy by microsoft bonehead decision is they get to charge $50 more than they wouldve. if microsoft comes in at $399 it wouldve force sony to $349 as suggested especially since it didnt come with the eye. so it was a win win for them all around. if i were microsoft i would never have drop the price until after sony. thats the benefit of going last.

@GamerEuphoria what company would eat the cost of usb sticks to an unknown quantity of people? pretend they screw up and need 3 firmware updates. they have to ship them to where? that's unrealistic
but right while i dont care for a drivatar of me screwing up my stats lol... i do like the idea they said of creating massive driver profiles so every race even in single player is like multiplayer. think about if your ranking is on top you are battling the best characteristics of real people not an ai that cant do wrong
