@bigdaddy4247, It could be your upload speed. Stream quality is all about upload. I've read about streaming problems with anything under 15 mbps upload.
The argument is that a new game could be made *instead of* a sequel for a series that is on the downslide.
Yeah, that is lame. It should display 60 FPS at least if the user is on wifi.
