This looks good. Surprising it wasn't presented at E3, specially since it's coming out on all 3 platforms.
Square Enix does not disappoint for anything, and this issue of FF does not leave anything on the sidelines. A worthy entry to say the least.

andrewsqual, the actual driving footage file was somehow corrupted. Figures it was at the end of the chip and just got lost forever. Basically let me describe it like this. Put your hands up like your driving and turn the wheel. That's it. Brutallyhonest got it straight with no gas, no break, no shift. I kept asking them all kinds of stuff like, couldn't you have dot dot dot... they kept answering, "we want to make it easy and simple" which really means, uh, we can't do...

I met a few peeps at E3 that said Comic-Con has a lot more video game influence now that games are being made based off them. Think Darkness 2 (and the series) is also based of a comic book series. So ME3 and DA2 Legacy eh... cool scoop!
We skipped this one at E3 because it was already released by the event, but from the looks of it, all the contemplated 'dumbed down' stuff just isnt right. It appears this is an accurate port of the PC version so wait for the real press releases before starting a trolling ring. The game looks awesome! Both the live demonstration on Fallon and the stuff we saw at E3, to the gameplay footage posted since the event, to see how it's playing on consoles warrants absolutely no negative feedback in comparison to PC gameplay and basically those would be journalists, (rather trolls) are just looking for attention by bashing a decent product. The video interview was spur of the moment as it was just to be an interview with the devs but they said we could film it. Obviously we were caught off guard, but at least you see the VITA in action which is a rarity in any videos presently.
BF3 is the new game to contend with even if they've paid off others for good reviews, the game looks pretty sick!
I have to agree that Torchlight was one of the better games last year.
I don't appreciate all the bad press this game has been getting. It's an 'homage' people. Even our reviewer didn't give it much positive light. If you are a duke nukem fan, you'll love this game. If you aren't, then don't play it. The game does justice to the franchise, that's all that matters.
You could also pass your midterms and THEN play the game yunno. Don't forget to comment on the page the story is written on for a chance to win a free copy when it's released! :)

Got to talk with Gameloft and was extremely impressed with what they have going on for real 3D FPS games and casual stuff on ipads, androids, anything up to date with a screen really. Very cool controls on the ipad, didn't think it would be so simple to get a handle on, but the screen IS the controller for a fps. They have a great mindset and niche.. not too many great devs for phones and pad devices for gamers. Gameloft rocks, wicked nice to us, and gave us demos on a usb flash drive t...
Japan started with arcade motion drums, pads, ddr, etc so you can be active during gameplay. Once I saw a stand with a pole and on top a set of handlebars with buttons to control say any fps. Was compatible for any system, and required lots of tourk strength to move around. Great for building pecs and arm tone. However, the kinect and microsoft have some ideas about beer drinkers, and with Fable: The Journey and entire game only for kinect, you drive your horse or travel around from the sea...
