well, the focus was more on gadgets that are yet to launch. The PS4 was already launched and around, so it doesn't count.
LOL! be cool man! You've gotta admit, they've moved from strength to strength in the series, I agree, DA2 wasn't THAT good compared to origins, but it was still a fairly good game itself. It was certainly faster in terms of action than DA:O.

Thanks! FIFA 14 is certainly one of the best games - it's the challenge when covering ALL genres - but either way, irrespective of what you want/like - you cannot go wrong with this list :)

thanks for the comment - while Rayman is there in honorable mentions, we felt that Tomb Raider edges it out (just mildly) because of it's re-boot and that they've done such a great job of it.
Rayman is certainly the best platformer of the year, watch for that in our next article :)

So true, I was just reading all the pre buzz launch of the PS3, way back in 2004-05, and was thinking that they've come a long way to make this so successful :)
While we have all 4 consoles - I'll truly treasure the ps3 :)

You're right, while there's no story it was more in reference to the career mode. I did find it a little tedious and not all that it could have been, but certainly good improvement over the previous version.
I will certainly take this as feedback and I could have called it out a little better.

That's a great point, but it won't matter if it's priced higher than the ps4. Once you factor in local taxes and import costs etc. they'll be back where they started.
