No its not, its Edge magazine cover touched up, but the in game one comes very close
Heres the Yibing Jiang artstation, she is damn talented, she shows the real in game model
https://www.artstation.com/...
Am sorry but infact in her artstation she actually says it is real time in game, so I guess am wrong
here it is

Am not, why do we in the EU have to wait??
Its not like there are not available servers here
I really dislike when the EU ends up on the wrong end, Evolve Beta allowed everyone to play
I see Cryengine as more of a heavy graphical engine pipeline, which the PS4 GPU can handle
But with Chinese room and Santa Monica handling the game, I am not worried
"Not having the virtual arms and hands in the game bugs the hell out of me."
lol me too, I thought I was the only one, its the same feeling I have for No Man's Sky
As someone who has dabbled in game design a lot especially on Unity, I know you can have your character be as something simple as a 3d cube with a camera attached to it to flow around the world
Anyway I liked other Chinese rooms games so I am looking forward to solvin...
Considering you need a very good pc rig to run Planetside at 60fps with the amount of player on screen at once and open world, I think locked 30fps for the PS4 is more than enough
Plus this is a beta, so feedback might get them to reduce elements for the final game to reach their initial target of 60fps for the PS4
Well to be clear, the judder is only on cutscenes with the PS4 version and has no impact on gameplay as the DF article says
The PS4 follows medium settings with the shadow on PC, while the Xbox One is in low settings with the PC
But apart from these and some minor other quirks like banding on the Xbox One) from a supposedly bad port, they are pretty much the same
But I never really knew Capcom were bad with ports, have they done this before??...
Ill definitely be tuning in, these type of technology events excite me
Yeah it is not the patch, it is you, look at the details of patch
People could always drive without using brakes in DC since launch, but you will hardly win the race except it is for one of the beginner events
and that video showed nothing other than someone attempting to drive well but get small occasional collisions which did affect his position in the race
@opoikl
It is not the patch, DC already had that bumper car effect...
I would agree with you except Rime, Wild are AAA titles
Yeah but pricing should depend on content of the game, considering No Man Sky's ambition, content and popularity, I assume it would be more than Ori but not 60 dollars as i dont think it will get a retail release
That being said, Indie games are realistically not priced because they are indie, they are priced at what the developer feels is enough for their development work
@gangsta_red
Well I feel you should ignore what Abriael said and take your own stance on the game, which is what I am doing, I am buying it cause I like its new concept
And till today, I still dont understand why people are angry that Driveclub gets praise from Dualshockers
"The Order isn't innovative"
If you dont think so, I do think it is innovative some aspects of the game, especially its real time cutscene a...
"I just bought a sony 4k tv in September and an s7200 blu player this month. also, got my ps4 last march.....ALL from the online sony store. I do 90% of my shopping online."
This exactly
Sony are restructuring and obviously see these stores might not be needed, when you consider rent and employee pay
Sony basically said all products will be moved to online store which is more convenient and smart buisness to save money as more peopl...
Actually I remember many comments here, some early previews of the game and views over at Neogaf saying the game doesnt offer anything new than being another Gears of Wars, remember that comparison??
"On the other hand there has been quite a lot of very vocal negativity from many, and especially from part of the press. That negativity is probably going to reflect in quite a few reviews, and it’s often focused on a simple point: “it’s not innovative.”
Thi...
I dont know what this statement means but people are allowed to give their own opinion on games and praise or criticize them you know?
But like recent gaming journalism, the piece is just a terribly poor attempt to get attention and clicks considering past views on the difficulty Blood Borne, then even worse no proper depth of explanation and using a demo where he didnt even fight a boss a bar, then goes further on to describe someone else's video assuming it was easy for...
@DarkOcelet
Is there a difference between the hardcore difficulty of Dark Souls/Demon souls?
I would say Bloodborne seems more from Demon souls bloodline
Anyway using an exhibition demo to determine the difficulty of the game is not a good example, considering demos are slashed down and you havent even come across most of the enemies. This opinion piece reads like it is just trying to get attention rather than a proper analysis of its difficulty
The problem I see with you septic is that, even though you try so hard not to come across as a fanboy, you clearly come across as that
Abriael was not going on a defensive stance about the game getting a high score for being great, he was going on a defensive stance about the game being innovative since many people have been saying the game isnt innovative
But you just had to bring up that review score on "certain platform exclusives" when I know yo...
I have to admit Abriael, I am one of those people that confuse innovation and revolution when describing game elements, thanks for the pick-me-up explanation
As for The Order, innovation nor revolution, I really dont care, I have been interested in the concept since I am across this game and just want to play it without arguing about its approach, SIMPLE AS THAT
I would fully agree with you if Phil spencer didnt say this
http://www.gamespot.com/art...
I agree in this case there is no parity clause as clearly Bro force is first-on-console as announced with the PS4, there is a deal there
But claiming in some way the parity clause isn't a put off to indie developers and it isn...
Like Halo MCC??
You guys try too hard to troll tbh when you can easily just like games, no matter what platform
Lol, like the comments above, do all you think more light equals better looking
Look at the details of the character models, skin textures, background, facial animation in the newer build compared to the older
Stop looking as the shiniest one (older build) as an upgrade, that one shows less detail everywhere and very unrealistic
Can you confirm this player count?
