I totally agree. The first game was such a pure TD experience. I'm very much hoping that they can replicated the feel of the original.
Wow, one of the few games I'm genuinely interested in on Kickstarter. That scale of the player vs the ice giant is incredible. Hopefully the combat is awesome.
This looks excellent.
Lots of games still do. There's a great website called The Cutting Room Floor that tries to discover and catalogue hidden and removed content in games.

Lol! To be honest though, even as a member of the press I've never heard of the game until this article. So sometimes bad news is still good. I'd bet more people hear about the game due to this blunder than they would have normally.
I agree. Despite being a PC gamer, I'm all for an ambitious game like this being available on as many platforms as possible. Hell, DOOM is on calculators and watches. No Man's Sky looks special enough to warrant that treatment.
Looks great!
I saw this story today and was blown away with this guy. I've only played a short amount of the game (I know, I'm terrible), but seriously this strikes me as quite difficult.
HL3 confirmed. Praise Gaben. Amen.
As long as they do some fan service and include cameos by fan-favorite cards, I'm 100% ok with this. I'm more excited about this than a WoW movie for sure. I'd still love to see a (classic) EverQuest movie, but that will probably never happen.
I suspect your lack of programming may be due to your complete lack of punctuation.
Jkjk. I'm sure you typed it from a phone. Just messing with ya.
Sometimes maybe. But I won't be reviewing this game, so my opinion was entirely my own. That was pretty clear.
For real. I tried to read as much about it as I could for the article but there weren't a ton of details to be found. I would imagine though that a child could register for both the game coding and game design camps. In my town they were scheduled back to back.
Assuming the parent is willing to hang out for the 4 hours, the kid could do a 4 hour a day crash course in beginner's game design 4 days a week for the entire summer. That's a pretty insane opportunity for...
hahahaha. Congratulations on making me actually laugh out loud.
Nope, I just dislike linear games. When I read a title that says it's the most linear game the reviewer has played, that's a pretty big warning sign.
That title just killed my overall impression of the game.
I'm just not so certain. I enjoyed the digital presentation, but it just didn't have the same feeling as the live ones from the big players yesterday.
Sure, technically all Nintendo really did was skip playing their videos on an expensive big screen in front of a crowd. All of the presentations yesterday were massive, mostly choreographed, and offered themselves as mini-events inside the big event. Part of the allure of the whole thing is the live aspect of the event....
I'm pretty sure everyone is, regardless of whether or not you love elephants. I know I will be trying to explode elephants for sure.
I've been torn as of late. I've always been a fan of Early Access, but lately I've been feeling as though it might diminish from the game's brand too much.
As a member of the gaming press I've got a number of Early Access titles and I can't help but feel less inclined to revisit them each time there is a minor content update. Even with Prison Architect (now on its 21st Alpha update) I feel like I've put so many hours into the game that a few extra...
Also coming to PC. Check them out this weekend at PAX South.
