Its definitely hard to be hopeful for anything from Ubisoft but I can't help myself with those 2 games.
And of course, I hope it turns out good. A bad game is bad for us all. Only a stupid fanboy would hope for a game to fail just because said game isn't on the console of their choice for example.
Ubisoft usually comes up with great ideas but executes them poorly imo.
Ubisoft is a mess lately. This will probably disappoint like Watch Dogs. Only series I'm still holding out hope for is Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six.

I do like the Halo 5 beta, I actually do pretty good considering I haven't been playing shooters much lately. But its just something about being the last guy on execution and taking out the other team by yourself that feels so awesome lol.
I'm hoping we at least get a "Marcus Fenix Collection" or something to hold us over for Gears 4.

This site is as bad as the nerds on gaf. Most ppl here have no logic whatsoever. This game has already gotten about as many bad previews as Ryse, nobody even praises gameplay, and let's not forget all the QTE's too. But yea QTE's aren't a big deal since this is a Sony game....
Don't understand the hype. No coop/mp was disappointing but the gameplay looks like you're being handheld the whole time.
Hope at least the story is good. This looks like it will be Sony's very own Ryse. Great graphics, maybe story too but that's it.
Hope we get a new UI or at least an update that removes friends,achievements,etc from being separate apps.

I know what you're saying with Halo but some changes are fine to a franchise but they've changed a lot of core gameplay. Movement is ridiculously fast, ttk, ads, to name a few.
The latter doesn't bother me, I still do just fine hip firing my BR.
It went from a game that took skill, to a twitch shooter with little skill to play now.
I'll play it. First beta was ok, ran better than any Dice Battlefield Beta and surely better than Battlefield 4. But I just don't think I'll buy this at launch after the Battlefield 4 launch.
Only thing is there are no other games coming out in that time frame, so that will make it tough to not buy if my friends buy it.
This game makes me want to get a Wii U but I don't its worth it for one game.
I did the same with the GameCube and really didn't use it much after Wind Waker.
