But I do see a few triple A...The article already stated its xbox one and backward compatible 360 games. And obviously this is just the beginning as they will likely be working on getting more publishers and games on board.

This isn't about meta score or sales. By that standard you are horribly mistaken anyways because im pretty sure Grand Theft Auto has sold more...much more then Uncharted. And Grand Theft Auto 5 also scored higher.
So even if you take that into account GTA should still be the example you shouldve used if the standards are scores and sale...
This is good for gamers. And its quite revolutionary if it keeps going because it has not been done at this level before. 1st Party AAA and now also third party AAA.
I know the vita had some with the playstation but those were not huge 1st Party or 3rd Party.

I think it's more that fanboys are convinced they're right and feel the need to step over you to get their point across. They accept other people have different opinions... But It's the wrong one and they must make you see it.
Try not to pay attention to them. Playstation has a lot of good games.
