i think at the end of September, they could probably sell close to 1M PS3 slim worldwide.
right before their incoming demise in the following month of September. when Sony is touting their 1000% increase of PS3 sales, take that MS. 1000% increase of real consumers demand vs 17% increase because of RROD failure rate.
Gamers: Xbox 360 is underwhelming
when you can almost throw in any FPS game into the title and it will still make sense.
1) enjoyable story - ya like this is the only game with an enjoyable story
2) its tough - once again, there are plent of tough games out there
3) fire fight - repeat above
4) competitive multiplayer - oh man, can't believe they throw that one in, isn't all online FPS competitive in nature?
5) great visuals - ya right!!!

why buy another faulty hardware when you can get the PS3 Slim now for the same price? i know alot of people have given up on 360's faulty hardware already. -_-
they are sueing MS because they are selling Halo3 to the customers with the systems that won't let them play the game when they bring the game home. they are not sueing Halo 3 the game itself. they are sueing the company for the act of selling the game and how they have breached the commitment. its just like you go to a supermarket and buy something you want to eat, when you go home, you find out that you cannot eat it because its all rotten inside the box, get it?
wow, i don't mean to rub it in, but wow... seems like GT 5 gonna kill Forza 3 (the so-called definitive racing sim with no weather change, 2 discs, and "rewind" noob feature)
not only the 360 brought down the videogame industry, it brought down the world's economy as well.
to really make an impact on the PS3 slim sales. at same price point, customers will go with the more next-gen high tech future proof machine (the PS3) on any given day. but if its like $99 vs $299, then some cheapass gamer will buy it.
hello, the PS3 verions will be out in Japan in december, so that means what are there left to do? just translation and localization, then thats about it. but when you throw in that peice of dead plastic they call the 360 into the equation, then bam, you got 6-8 months of extra waiting for the stupid compression for the stupid DVD9, so there you have it. its the 360 that's holding it back, period

btw, have anyone noticed that all consoles made by Sony made it to the list with the only exception of PS3, and all consoles made by Nintendo made it on the list except Wii and the Virtual boy?
Forza 3 has nice graphics, i'd say its on par with the PSP GO!
but GT PSP has more cars, right?
