It's all about money, and it wouldn't be a surprise that Sony and Microsoft had some kind of deals under the table and this "console war" stuff be a veil to cover their deals.

they said the same about FFXIII or virtua fighter, but those titles were never really exclusives, the fact they were launch in arcades makes them a multiplatform title. about the final fantasy exclusive I have the previous final fantasy on PC format, or we can say, windows format. there is a chance for this title to appear on 360 but nothing is sure about exclusiveness this times.

FFXIII for 360 was predictable and good (for some because now it pops the fear of a downgraded verision), because now EVERY gamer will enjoy this title regardless of their console preference, and Sony is bringing some HUGE weapons in term of gaming this and the next ...
