An epic trailer doesn't necessarly make an epic game.
We should wait to see it in action before making any kind of judgement.
@taylork37
"Did you forget the part about personal info being compromised??"
I most certainly did not, but it's not like returning the console is going to solve the problem. Plus, once the psn is coming back online it's presumably going to be more secure and reliable, so I don't see why I shouldn't use it anymore.
""Sick" enough to completely leave out half the reason why they may be returning them?&qu...
One week without online playing and so many people return their ps3s?! Come on, this gives the idea of how "sick" some people are about gaming..
I mean, I'm not happy either about not being able to play in the last few days, but it's not like it's going to be that way forever - AND I have a social life. But maybe someone just doesn't..
Most people just read the title and comment (if the title ain't too long, of course).
"I bet Jesus enjoyed sex and he was not married."
Some might say it's blasfemy, but I say you're right! :)
Exactly what I was thinking. When you support something, you usually quote it and talk about it. They don't.
It's like EA Sport devs saying "Hey, we support PES. Yes, football is a great game and we at EA have done a really good job with Fifa, with a lot of knew features, 11vs11 and all sorts of cool stuff. Yes, we enjoy football and Fifa is sooo good."
But then people would say "shut up, how could you even think that Fifa needs publici...
If you seriously think CoD doesn't need publicity in a time when A) the brand is getting exploited for money with yearly look-alike games and B) when a great competitor (EA) with a hystorical brand (MoH) is getting in its way, I'm honestly not sure what planet you live on.
that better hardware doesn't mean more profit.
Why spend more to earn less? just to deliver better products? Pfffff, that's Sony's shit.. let's go Nintendo's way and earn the most at the gamers' expenses.
I haven't seen a single quote on MOH. they just talked about what they do and what their story is. It's just an opportunity to bring up the name of Black Ops in a MOH contest.
I don't see how the use of currency would be any different from using classic experience points - except the fact that only the first three earn them and the other lose them.
is the TV shaking? Is it something they did for the booth only or is it some sort of Bravia feature?
if I were a dreamer
cheap hardware + apparently entertaining games + advertising as a "completely new way of gaming" = hype = sales
It worked for Nintendo's Wii (the technically worst console of all, which sold more than 360 and PS3), it's working for Kinect (which is crap compared to Move, but so many people are gonna fall for it).
Sony is the only one who still tries to bring better quality (even if more expensive) to the consumer, but I wonder how much they ...
Everyone knows it's a funny (and not true) thing and they're laughing about it - which is the right thing to do, since there's nothing to truly discuss about this article.. so stop crying about fanboys!
I mentioned HHG because I remember it from E3 (and being it HHG doesn't mean that everyone he talks to speaks gibberish like him), but it's being said so many times. http://www.ps3attitude.com/... http://www.bit-tech.net/new... This is just to say HHG's interview is to ...
I referenced that news (oh sorry, "article") because Marks referenced something that's been said over and over for quite some time:
after Eye Toy (which was last generation) Sony was presented with 2 newest tecnologies to choose: hd motion controls wii-style and 3d cameras, and they chose the first one - meaning they passed on 3d cameras (and THIS is the tech we're talking about and that they passed, not the general use of a camera). I don't really get w...
you say: "I don't understand why everyone keeps saying Sony passed on the tech...Sony didn't pass on the eye toy (the same tech)."
Where the hell do you live? On a mountain rock? News is just a few rows under this one: http://n4g.com/news/577937/...
Doesn't look like Microsoft is overcoming those flaws. Maybe it will, I don't know, but right now they're too far from it.
I wonder why people still use IE.
are dumb articles like this one
