I have both a PS3 and 360, and like both the Mass Effect and Uncharted series.
I was a lot more exited about ME3 than Uncharted 3.

Agree with you. The monsters in both Uncharted games were the BEST PART for me. My most memorable Uncharted moments are meeting the monsters in both games.

The whole Chris VS Wesker story sucked, why have to humans fight in a game about escaping zombies. Always thought it got in the way.
It isn't simply complexity for complexity's sake though. It is complex because the themes and messages within are complex.
You probably hate it because you didn't even try to understand it. MGS2 has an extremely complex and good story, that needs to be given though after playing.

Been looking forward to this since I saw the trailer. Haven't played a racing title in ages but this seems interesting enough to draw me back. I like the focus on rollarcoasting up and down mountains.
I got first place on the demo first time. Seemed easy and I haven't been into racing games for years.
I don't get the hype for this game, didn't even realize it was being released this week.
Jedi Knight is so brilliant. No shooter today has even come close to the level of perfection the Jedi Knight series reached.
I still finish every game I start (unless it is so bad I can't put myself through it, a rare case).

Dragon Age came out a year before ME2. How is it a downgrade?
Dragon Age was also vastly superior to Mass Effect 2. Leagues ahead of it.
Dragon Age: Origins is probably the second best game I've played this gen. Really really good game. It also has a 100 hour main story, then add Awakening, the DLC's and all the other Origin story's and it gets up to about a 150 hour game. Completely free of grind as well, it is all story and fun gameplay.
The characters are really well written too.
I really love Bioware, but what they are doing with this dumbing down is illogical.
Look at their sales for all their AAA games and you will notice something. That something is Mass Effect 2 is their smallest selling game ever. And Dragon Age 1 is their biggest ever. KOTOR and Mass Effect 1 also sold far higher than ME2.
So why on earth ME2erize DA2?! It defies logic!

Is SC CT really good? I tried to get into this series, played SC1 first. There were so many stupid design choices and stupid things in this game it made me mad.
I have no qualms about playing old games either. I go back and play games I missed from previous gens all the time. Splinter Cell however is one of the worst titles I've ever played.
