@Tarasque - It's not about being a Sony fan (I have a 360 as well), it's just about the true fact that GT5P is the most realistic driving sim available, the only thing it doesn't offer is damage (which they will be patching in soon), and the reason they didn't put it in first was cos they wanted realistic damage (based on each cars Euro N-Cap ratings) but they would have got sued by the car companies so they didn't implement it.

I own both a PS3 and 360 and I know that this is not really only about the graphics, it is really quite obvious that the PS3 is more powerful in raw power. It has something like 27Ghz worth of processing power or something ridiculous like that. 360 games look good, but they are mainly better looking because it's RAM can handle higher-res textures, and because it is so easy to develop for.

No matter what the price of the console is, if people want a PS3, they will wait for the PS3. For example my cousin, he can't afford a PS3 at the moment cos he's paying for driving lessons, but he is not buying a 360 because he WANTS a PS3.
I'm 99.9999% sure that GT5 will be better than Race Pro (how many times did we hear that PGR or Forza was better than GT, and they aren't even better than GT4?), and also I'm ~90% sure that the game won't be as good as GT5P.
Even so if it is close it is better than nothing, cos Forza and PGR suck, so if this game is any good I will be getting it hopefully.

On topic - I think Sony does need a price cut, but price is not all that matters, it's also the games. I already bought a 360 for GeOW1, and will be getting GeOW2 when it is released. yeah £11.99 is surprisingly cheap, I was expecting £15 at least, this is a definite buy for me.

I think those guys are looking at the graphics (which is why they think it is possible on 360), and not the processing behind all the stuff you are doing. I mean it must be doing crazy calculations, and if you look at the official LBP manual, there's like a million new things that the devs haven't even shown yet.
