How much of them are online games? I'd bet the majority of them are mainly online. Don't get me wrong, I love playing games on PC (right now I have Braid, Machinarium and BFBC2), but most people won't buy a PC game if it doesn't have really good online/isn't an MMO of some sort.
Well, that kinda proves his point. Unless the game has a major online component, games rarely do well on PC (other than some Steam titles). Alan Wake is only single player, it would definitely be pirated to hell on PC, especially when it already is pirated quite a lot on 360.
Who gives a crap about Virtual-On? I never even heard of it till now.
Peanut Butter isn't sweet, what world do you live in where peanut butter is sweet???
Nope, I'd say Mass Effect 2 is BY FAR the best game out for 360 this year. I had high hopes for both Alan Wake and Splinter Cell, but they both have some issues that affect the games. ME2 was near perfect on the other hand, with my only complaint being the element scanning thing, which wasn't too bad.
I'm guessing you're talking about Forza, all I'm gonna say is that all the GT-haters will shut up at E3. Even if Forza 4 is announced, GT5 will most likely surpass it in terms of graphics and features.
I'm sure they could have picked a better car than the AMG for the cover of GT5, but it does look good. Plus, I'm sure it helps with securing little deals like this one.
I hate Mario, he's been milked to death, with so many games and so many appearances in other games. I like Zelda though, it isn't milked anywhere near as much.
So EvilBlackCat, did you just prove that you are an alternative account for clown belt/cold 2000? Because you seem to be taking the comment a little personally.
I just hope it's good, been waiting for this for a while now.
I don't get why he said Mac, isn't it quite a closed off platform? Wouldn't it have made more sense if he said Linux or even Windows???
Personally I bought a PS3 for the potential exclusives, which worked out great for me
That's true, go watch some fanboy vids on youtube at around 2007/2006 and you'll see so many stupid people saying that Sony shouldn't have included Blu-Ray in the system at all because it made the PS3 too expensive.
It probably will end up going multiplat and then end up looking blocky in parts like FF13 (seriously, look at the FINGERS). I hope it stays exclusive, but I'll get the game either way.
Personally, that service actually sounds pretty good. Getting a free PSN game on top of all the other features, and allowing normal users to play online and not forcing them to pay-to-play is a great idea. I actually feel like paying for the service (although £50 is a little too much), which I don't feel like paying for with XBL because it is simply to pay for online gameplay. Something which is free on every other console and PC.
True, but still...
It looks nothing like him LOL.
Well Halo and Gears crowd are 10 million+ and 5 million+ respectively. I don't see all of those 5-10 million gamers liking Alan Wake. I can see ~2 million of them liking it, but that still leaves about 80% that probably wouldn't like it.
It's an opinion, I wrote "I don't see it appealing..." not "It won't appeal." Obviously I love Gears and I still like AW, so there will be people like this.
Well they pretty much own GT and Spike TV through Viacom anyway, dunno about MTV.
Stop using your multiple accounts to agree with your own idiotic statements. Resistance is an amazing game, and for a launch title, I actually think it looked a lot better than Halo 3.
Oh wait, you're a fanboy, logic doesn't compute.
