It was difficult trying to drop Skyrim for a bit to play B2K but in the short time I've managed to play it, I've been LOVING everything about it. The maps are beautiful, the assignments are fun, and the new weapons are refreshing. It really is a great expansion.

XGamer, you do understand sarcasm, right?

Great pun! Okay, well yeah, not really... Ehem... So how about that Skyward Sword??

You're thinking of Battlefield, my friend.

That is EXACTLY what I was thinking about all this UC3 media hate.

I know right? All this complaining is getting sad. The game is a HUGE open world with countless variables. Of course it will have some problems. Personally, I haven't experienced any issues aside from a couple of flying mammoths, but if anything, I found that to be more amusing than anything.

Huf, totally agree with ARMA2. I'd still be playing that over any other game if I still had a PC... (It broke down and I haven't had it in me to get it fixed or buy a new one yet :\)

I'm really looking forward to this. Is anyone going to criticize me if I admit that my favorite Twisted Metal game was Twisted Metal: Small Brawl? I loved that game so much... Unlocking Mime and Piecemeal are still some of my favorite gaming achievements to this day.

And dc1 is right about the DS community. The DS community is one if the best out there. If you go to the DSwiki forums and ask for help, I promise you that plenty of people there will respond positively, willing to help.

When you understand the concept that death is imminent, and you use death itself as a trial and error way of progression, its easy.

The two are definitely two completely different kinds of games, like others have said.

Dark Souls is BY FAR more rewarding.

Skyrim, you feel BY FAR more powerful and in control.

Dark Souls makes you an ordinary guy with very human attributes and vulnerabilities.

Skyri...

If Call of Duty can get away with selling old 4 maps from previous games for $15, why can't Battlefield sell 4 old maps that have been completely revamped, 3 new vehicles, and 10 new weapons for the same price?

Except for hardcore gamers.

Come on, if you're a hardcore shooter player, odds are you prefer CS or BF.

Godmars, I was meaning more of the technology behind the Kinect, not the Kinect itself. I don't exactly mean that I want to see developers using the Kinect to make "innovated" games. Rather, I mean the Kinect's technology (which actually doesn't even rightfully belong to the Kinect in its own) should be implemented in more convenient technology. A great example would be the use for the PC as others have mentioned.

While playing it the first time, I loved Dead Island, but now thinking back on it, it was kind of a terrible game. Game breaking glitches, extremely limited gameplay (by sandbox standards) dull, repetitive missions, ridiculous enemy level scaling, and a completely forgettable story. I can't see myself ever going back to playing it.

Exactly. I've seen some "behind the scenes" footage of the technology behind the Kinect and it showed some things that just blew my mind. I would love to see the Kinect used to its fullest potential.

I'm "so serious" because Call of Duty is just letting itself become TOO casual with all these little gimmicks. I mean... How many marijuana references did there REALLY need to be in MW2? Blunt Trauma, Joint Ops, etc. We get it. It was annoying. They wanted to appeal to pothead teenagers, (which they must have assumed were the only people who played their games), and now that they know only children play them, they try to appeal to them. I guess that's just how marketing work...

I generally use the Colt M1911, but here and there I'll use the one of the Glock models or the .44 Magnum.

I didn't exactly mean to disagree with YOUR experiences, but for mine, I've generally had a favorable preference to them. It was the same way for me when I was into the whole Call of Duty craze. I respect your opinions though, my fellow gamer.

Are IW/SG that immature? The last time I got a kick out of that phrase was a little before my eleventh birthday.

I completely disagree. I do extremely well with pistols. Sometimes I go an entire match with just my pistol and get around 20-30 kills with very few deaths in comparison. Not just that, I've gotten killed many times by other people using their pistol while I used a high caliber rifle.

iChii, yeah calm down. My friend has been a loyal CoD fan for ages and he always complains about how disappointing MW3 is compared to the others. I've yet to even see a "BF fanboy" comment here yet. All the comments that may seem like "trolling" actually give great points.
