Windows phone 7 wasn't a success because they launched that in a phone era dominated by Google and Apple. With Kinect, it was the only controller"less" adaptation to be pushed to the mass market. So you're study there is a little flawed.

This is a pretty depressing time, I must say. I miss the days of hardcore RPG's. Luckily FromSoftware is fulfilling that empty space these days, but it would be nice to see other developers dedicated to the genre.

Agree with Cosmo. Even IF some dev could get a shooter/rpg to work well with Kinect, it would NEVER be comfortable enough to use consistently. Besides, I don't think any self-respecting hardcore RPG player is going to enjoy playing any sort of Kinect based RPG.
Definitely. My Slim is sort of in a malfunctioning stage... It won't read disks after it gets too hot and it keeps corrupting my hard drive. I could definitely cough up 200$ for an all out brand new system:) It needs to happen before DUST 514 comes out though
