Look forward to it sounding like you have a jet engine under your TV, PS4 is going to be te same as the PS3 Phat and only keep cool if you have 6 feet of free space around the console. Stick it in a TV cabinet and you're screwed.

First time I read it I thought it meant that if I gave a game to a friend, I could transfer the license to them and they would now own the game, but this could only be done once. They could trade it in (MS reset the license for resale) but they couldn't then give it to another friend.

I really don't understand why they need to do this. Surely a license gets read from the disc so they should be able to give people an option.
If you're connected to the internet then you don't need the disc as it verifies the license via Xbox Live. If you aren't connected to the internet then it tells you to pop the disc in and verifies the license that way.
I guess the only issue with this would be if I installed the game and played connected...

The reviewer said he tried to avoid violence so not to put Ellie through it. I read this as the game is immersive and makes you care enough about Ellie, who is only supposed to be about 14(?), that you don't want to put her through more trauma than is necessary.

In fact it's quite the opposite. MS have been getting such good yields they are actually going to INCREASE the clock speed of both the CPU and GPU. CPU from 1.6ghz to 2ghz, GPU from 800mhz to 1ghz closing the gap on Sony.
