Must be mistaken it is widely known that ME and it's sequel ME2 are console exclusive to Xbox360, it is simply unfeasible that you managed to play it elsewhere... witchcraft!! :P
I too wish mass effect was on PS3, I have my 360 (which I recently bought of a buddy who wanted rid) which I got basically to play mass effect and Fable 2. What I've played of the game I love, but I'm more keen on the idea of playing it on my PS3.
Oh and i know it's on PC too but my Pc is well... Lame

Currently most of the DLC that comes out is paid for, and then quite a bit is worse than this which is free.
Lets just be thankful that some devs still support their games with additional DLC for free which is always nice :)
Now if someone could support their game like Criterion did with Burnout: Paradise ....
Sony took away BC on PS3 that is not a good thing, I'm not going to pretend it is, it's a huge shame they did would I prefer BC of course, am I really that bothered about the loss? No.
NarooN I admit in the comment I did *very stupidly* forget that PS2 BC was removed from PS3, probably because as a PS3 40 gig owner BC never really crossed my mind.
How often do I ( Or any of you) really want to use the PS3 for old PS2 games, be honest with yourself now...
I'm pretty excited for this game, I really liked the old game despite its glaring flaws. I really wanted to love the first one but it just didn't quite get there, if all goes well hopefully this one will be what the first one was supposed to be.
Mind you, still not sold on the idea of clones :P
Sony hasn't taken the choice away, you want to buy the old version then do. Sony hasn't limited your choices they've expanded them. You can now choose to get the old PS2 version for less and play it on the PS2 or if you'd like the PS3 remake with new features (HD and trophies) then your now free do that too.
Personally I think it's a great way for people to play last gen gems they missed.
I can't imagine Sony hunting down all the old c...
I don't understand peoples negative reaction to the idea of HD remakes. I never played GOW 1 or 2 so before buying GOW3 I bought the collection to see what I thought, and I thought games were amazing. I'd love to play other PS2 games that I missed in this manner, especially ICO & Shadow of the colossus 2 games I'd love to try.
To me it boils down to this, if you don't want to re-buy your old PS2 games with the new features, DON'T. Pretty simple really,...
Still not sold on 3D, there's no doubt it will enhance the gaming experience, but my real worry is that the difference simply isn't worth the price.
Personally I think I can live without 3D I just don't feel it will be that big of a difference. At least not now.
