I am more curious to see how this game gets reviewed. Warhawk took a lot of flak for not having a single player campaign. So much so that they included one with Starhawk. Then Starhawk looses points for not having a better single player.
Then games like GTA5 release to perfect scores while the MP portion of the game is not even present and then when the MP does release it is broken.

Well, considering I have had Plus since day one and plan on having Plus through the console life of PS4, that fact doesn't change anything for me.
I would prefer to get many more and current games to play with my rentals. I have probably 150+ games from my Plus subscription and I can still play them all.
Besides, how often are you going to go back and play the majority of the titles we both get; rental or to keep?
So could we say without Playstation there would be no Xbox?
I don't know, the devs still get compensation plus the exposure.
I would have never played Don't Starve if it wasn't for Plus. Now I have already decided to buy the incoming DLC because I have been addicted to the game.
Also, if there is ever a sequel, I will buy it without question.
We actually got both those titles from Plus as well. Guardian of Light is pretty good and much better if you play with a co-op partner.

The challenge is LEARNING the game. checkers can be picked up and played by anyone. Chess takes much more time and skill to master effectively.

Why yes it would, that is why I prefer my games to be played without bots!
Yes, for entertainment.
But this is like Checkers where anyone can play, while I would prefer to play Chess and preserve some challenge.
This game is all about accessibility, and making the game easy for casual players. That is the ONLY reason for adding bots, to make everyone who plays feel accomplished.
To me, that throws all the competitiveness out the window. making a game that casuals can enjoy and trying to level the playing field will only make it easier for the skilled players. That is like making the hoop in a basketball game double the size. Sure, the less skilled players will make more baskets, but...

Sorry, a FPS with bots is not competitive. There are more bots than human players!
oh the arcade... my local arcade would have double tokens on Tuesdays; 8 tokens for a dollar instead of 4. I would have my mom drop me off there almost every Tuesday. Then there were the Mortal Kombat tournaments every so often. Or putting your quarter/token on the screen to signify 'you're next'. Some days there was a row of tokens on the screen with friendly competition and smack talk.
Then also saving up money to buy my first used Nintendo system from my older...
I don't know about others, but the bots kill it for me. If this was a PS4 exclusive, I would have no interest in this game while bots are present.
If there were only human players, I would be all over this game.
Killing a bot in a MP game gives me zero satisfaction. I need to be facing another human mind or what is the point of playing a competitive game.
I love my Vita and use it almost every day. Any Vita news is good to me.
