Its Bethesda,reviewers review their game without considering them....
Bethesda is known for bugs and glitches.....So no need to mention...
I wanted this game to be good but not like this..... not with those bad A.I and lip sync(WONT MENTION GRAPHICS)in 2015....I dont think it will be completely playable until next year after some mods.....
Bethesda just dont like to take time to fix half of the issues the game has got now.....
Other reviewers did not mention anything bad about combats but challenging and about the puzzles,they said that the puzzles were so good that they wanted more ....
Like players who liked GWENT in Witcher 3 wanted more....
Uninspired doesn't always mean bad or boring...
I enjoyed both RYSE AND 1886,both games have high production values....
People say fallout is all about gameplay
but in this gen you need to put gameplay along with graphics to get the max out of any game.
Thats where games like Batman,Wither 3 and few others come in.
I have gone through other reviews,described BO3 has the most varieties of campaign missions approaches and set pieces...and the story has twists and in the end its insane......cant trust any reviews till now

I know fallout is for gameplay not visuals,back in 2009,very few had the technology to provide such visuals,but you see in 2015 Batman,Witcher 3,Just cause 3 Madmax MGS v and other GAMEPLAY + VISUALS

After what CDPR have done with W3 Hearts of stone,i dont think any other game will be GOTY. It will be too hard to beat.
You dont have any idea about pc gaming,so stick with your low resolution with low fps gameplay.
Arkham Knight is the only game that looks bad on pc just because of lazy devs.

Yeah at least the topic is all about visuals,it does not say fallout 4 ps4 gameplay in new shots are better than the compressed shots. LOL

2011's skyrim in 2013 with mods was looking far better.
Truth is you sound more like a fanboy than a true gamer who does want a game to be bad/flop....
