Oh yeah, I definetly remember Bioware stating that something big was on the way for Mass Effect and it just could be this, if so I'm very excited. In game Shepard can ask Liara to join him on his mission and she says something like "I can't I have to finish my own missions." So maybe if Shepard helps her take down the Shadow Broker she would be willing to rejoin the squad.
I think if Alan Wake and Crackdown 2 do good Microsoft should buy Remedy and Ruffian Studios to help build up thier 1st party studios.
Keep in mind that both Natal and Move are primarily targeted at the casual gaming market. I say primarily because I believe without a doubt that both periphials will see some type of hardoce game. Personally I think Alan Wake is the most visually stunning game to hit the Xbox 360 to date. Is it in the league of graphical powerhouses like Uncharted 2 ,Killzone 2 or even Crysis? Simple anwswer no. But, Alan Wake is the closest thing that the Xbox 360 has to those games in terms of graphics. AW has the potential to set a new standard in the way games look on the 360. This game is awsome! I'm on my second playthrough right now. Once again Bioware has crafted an amazingly engaging game.

I believe Project Natal still has potential but this video didn't show it. I'm just going to wait until Microsoft shows us some official footage of the periphial in action before I pass serious judgement upon it. After all it's slated to be release at the end of 2010 so give it time
