dude.. there is official launch for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in UAE and KSA... so, they care.. believe me you will not believe when you know how many units of these consoles sold in these countries.
Kuwait ministry of information bans more games than UAE.. the game is with them, they are testing it, but honestly i dont see any luck.

Middle east FYI is a big market for all types of games, and even if the game got banned by government you can still find it in the black-market.
Guys do not forget that due to fuel in gulf area, people has money and they buy all the new releases.. yes soccer games and call of duty are popular but also they play games like assassins creed, tekken, Halo series, MGS series... etc..
