Why is it foolish? Why wouldn't a company want to be consider 'the best'? I can see a company caring about if they're first or not, because they'll make more of a profit, but us consumers shouldn't care who wins. We don't make money off of it.. we're giving them the money to make a profit. We have three great systems and it'd be beneficial to us as consumers if they all did as good as other.

Xbox 360 Arcade = $279 - No harddrive.
Xbox 360 Premium = $349 - 20GB compared to PS3's 40GB
Xbox 360 Elite = $449 - 120GB - 50 dollars more than the PS3
+ add 50 dollars to each Xbox 360 for Live per year.
*ASSUMING YOU LIVE IN THE STATES AND DON'T ALREADY OWN A 360.
If you can afford a Premium 360, you can afford a PS3 and since you want one then why not get one?

Reason 2....... 360 controller is PIMP. Nice way to put it.. idiots. My battery packs disconnects all the time. Most of my controllers need to be duct taped to be held in place without disconnecting. I prefer the built in battery in my PS3 controller. It's been around longer and I'm more accustomed to that.

I miss last generation. No console wars. No one cared how many sales each system was getting. No one cared who won! There was still debates about how PS2 is better than Xbox and vice-versa.. but this generation is ridiculous.

The only PS3/360 game I can think of which the Wii can duplicate as far as graphics are concerned is Armored Core 4. That game is awful........

Why bash the PS3? It's got a lot of games coming this year, IT'S SECOND YEAR whereas the 360 is on it's THIRD year. 360 had many good releases in it's second year and now it's the PS3's turn.
No one can say that PS3 has less games or a terrible library because of that. It's on par with 360.
