Crackdown 3 is the only game so far that makes Xbox One look like a real champ. Microsoft's new console is getting some great exclusives but crackdown is the best thing at Gamescom this year.
Time to buy Xbox one.
I absolutely agree. If it were for him to control things from the beginning. Xbone would have been right on the side on PS4 on the sales charts right now.
Spencer is the best thing that ever happened to the Xbox division. First E3 and now Gamescom, Microsoft is winning hearts all the way because of all the hard work that he is doing. This statement along proves how much of professional he is in his field. Sony would bash Xbox if they were at Gamescom winning audience instead of Microsoft. But here he is, keeping the competition healthy.
And yes, this is coming from a Sony fanboy, one who has owned all variants of PlayStation co...
I actually love anything that's from medieval age, Greek methodology, and stuff like that. Be it God of War or Ryse, I've played any or all games from that genre. When Ubisoft first revealed the game at E3 2015, I was really very excited. I've watched the gameplay footage to like hundred times since. I hope its not a mess like most of Ubisoft games now unfortunately are on their release.
Homefront itself was a very well structured game. Unlike traditional first-person shooter games, it was something that really offered an immersive experience. I was quite bereaved thinking about if The Revolution gets cancelled after all that happened at THQ, but thankfully, here it is. Eagerly looking forward to it.
Beautiful! I started expected a lot from Microsoft after their E3 conference. Their Gamescom briefing is just as good.
I agree. But haven't you read the update above? It clearly mentions that while the game was running at 1080p on PC, the screenshots were captured at 720p (avoiding quality lose). To match them with the resolution at which the screenshots from PS4 were captured.
The game is native 1080p on PS4 and slightly higher than 900p on Xbox One.

The all screenshots are in JPG format actually. And to maintain quality of the comparison, the game was not maxed out on PC so the screenshots taken from it match the quality of the screenshot for PS4 version of the game.
(This comment is in reply to #6.1) But that is exactly what Ubisoft advertised, saying that Assassin's Creed Unity is a true next-gen game that takes advantage of the hardware power offered by latest console to render dynamic in-game crowd of thousands simultaneously. Even if they all can't be rendered at once, there are other ways to put NPCs on-screen, I can hardly remember walking into a crowded area in GTA and see NPCs popping in that way.
Of course they can be. The game is not officially out yet so there is no support from Ubisoft right now but it is expected that the Day 1 patch for the game will fix several reported bugs and issues.
Why don't you just go through the TL;DR section of the article? Commenting without going through the article doesn't make you look smart at all.
The thing that concerns me the most is the growing interest of gamers in resolution and fps, it is just masking the fun part where you love a game more for its gameplay than just the pixels that it has to offer.
Keeping a know-how about your platform and the software that runs on it doesn't mean you're astray, but isn't it a worrying factor that developers have to come out in open and announce resolution and fps of their next-gen games, and then defend it, rather ...
Avoiding won't do any good. Twitch is a great site, you just have to be careful on the internet.
Apparently the review is taken down, the link redirects to the website's main page.
Well first thing is that the article's title clearly mentions that this is a survey, which means the amount of people who contributed has no limit. Majority of people voted for PS4, now it doesn't matter if they have both the consoles or not, what matters is that PS4 copies of destiny will sell more.
Of course this survey was done on minute level and only near to 1k people contributed, but I'm sure the amount is still much more greater than people who come in the ...
Right, but still, if players own both PS4 and Xbox One consoles, yet they still want to play on PS4, which means PS4 copies of the game will sell more compared to Xbox One copies of the game.
Look what I found, Cinema Blend published this report way back in January 2014. The Link: http://www.cinemablend.com/...
Following the report, KDramastars, published a very similar article (with similar wordings), just after a week or so. The Link:
Well, such third-party devices have been out there for a while now. I, however, prefer such support coming directly from the OEM.
