MS is provusioning and prepping developers to use this awesome technology. The cloud servers uses hi end streaming gpu cards where all the xbox one dev tools are stored. The results will be amazing like large MMORPG with superior AI and large scale warfare games with destructible environments.
This is a massive investment by MS that will pay off.

This is a done deal. Publishers wants DRM and if Sony dont comply you will see them putting exclosive content and titles on the xbox one. Sony cannot survive on exclusive first party titles alone they will miss a huge chunk of revenue and advertising dollars from publishers.

Yes it can and it will. Cloud gaming is the future. Developers are already being provisioned by MS to use the cloud for developing games.
Sony is in a no win position. If they decide or dont want to do agree with publishers than they will lock to MS system with exclusive titles and content.
