Possible, if you go back to the xbox 720 roadmap that was taken down by Microsoft their is a 22nm SoI that has yet to be confirrmed. Could be another APU or GPU.
The gpu and drivers are fully customized that can be tweaked to increase bandwidth. Iit's not your standard off the shelf GPU. I wouldn't be surprised once all the specs are released in october that number could go higher.
The gpu is fully custom based off AMD next gen cards. It has been rumored a 7970 but may have ellements of next gen tech. If it was an older G card like a standard off the shelf G card like a 7850 than MS can freely discuss.

Like i have said before specs on white paer don't mean a damn thing if the engineering is poorly designed.
One console is a customized engineering piece of tech engineering well thought out in design.
The other uses off the shelf pc parts.

Funny, the 40% more power GPU and 50% more power RAM was debunked yesterday at Hotchips.

Ps4 has all the exclusive DLC on Watch Dogs and Assasin Creed 4 . The xb1 version of Watch Dogs will barely have any extra content at launch.
Well, i believe Microsoft has a one year exclusive. The game releases on x1 in spring 2014 will be on ps4 in spring 2015 .
