The DDR3 is not your standard ram it is handled by a company called Micron Technology that is responsible for developing the HMC (Hybrid Memory Cube).is doing the DDR 3 for the x1.

It has been stated before the ps4 relies on brute force power because most of it is lost due to off the shelf pc parts that aren't optimize.
The x1 is obvious superior in custom engineering design. The ps4 dan advantage in raw power but most of it won't hold due to the low cost off the shelf PC components that aren't optimized.
Like i said before you can have the best specs and most powerful but if the engineering isn'nt good than that stuff don't mean a damn thing..
It will happen MS in a few years. MS are giving the devs an option to use it. Could see it first in an indie game.
The game has always been planned as an MMORPG with cloud support. The worlds will be large with many towns to explore.

KEep in mind the x1 can do native 4k games aswel 2k resolution.
