people already have kinect, just like people already have a wii and dont want a wii U, they dont want the next iteration. it was a fad. Casuals are a stupid gamble, ask Nintendo.
I got my Xbox years before I ever owned a Sony console, I beta tested xbox live on the original, I bought a 360. Then, a few years ago I bought a PS3. My xbox is not giving me any interesting games anymore, my ps3 is still delivering.
The PS4 reveal was interesting and showed games.
The Xbox reveal was about a device that connects between the wall and my TV that gives me TV watching capabilities. Thats like having a device that plugs in between a toaster and the plug...
This is not how it will go down at all. The Xbox one won't have to fight, because it will still be on the shop shelf getting dusty.
