Fair. I heard similar things from a colleague. But, since I don't have a decent enough PC to run Cyberpunk well, Stadia is the best option for me.
Haha! Nah, it doesn't really look that bad. That last little bit there was me freaking out with my mouse. It does take a few seconds to stabilize when you first log in, but I've been running it at 30 FPS and 4K. The other option is 60 FPS and 1080. Honestly not seeing much of a difference after trying it both ways. I'm not a salesman, but if you want to see what it looks like in action, here a link to our streamer guy checking it out: 1897d ago 2 agree2 disagreeView comment
Nice to see some Stadia coverage on here!
It IS fun. I ended up switching to the Southpaw configuration, and inverting the stick. That did the trick for me, and now I'm having a blast with it.
Thought I should clarify further (from the below). The lack of clarity is much less noticeable in battle. There are times where the game looks quite beautiful - and it is pretty exhilarating. The fuzziness I noted was mostly in the base scenes - which are dramatically lo-res. Take care!
Not "bashing", just calling it how I see it. It's not a review, friend. Just a hot take. Review will be in next week when I have finished the game. And of course I'm playing it, I pulled the screenshots, didn't I? But as I stated, the game is still fun. But I have played almost every other major PSVR game release (and many of the minor ones), and yeah, this game looks rough comparatively. And no, I didn't expect the game to be 1:1, but compared to other games (I'...
Definitely not a shill attempt. I'm a Stadia user, and if you go back and read my original review of the system, you will see that I point out a lot of the issues that you speak of. However, in the time since release, a lot of that stuff has been quietly addressed. I get zero latency, and playing on the platform feels no different than playing on my PS4 - and it looks a hell of a lot better.
I'm not dodging or misleading anyone. This is an opinion piece, and I am e...
Are you kidding? Do you know how little our site is? Haha! We don't even do ads. The entire site comes out of pocket.
Oh man, you're lucky! I reviewed the original game on PS4 for another site, and really loved it but had a terrible time with the frame rate. I came back and reviewed The Foundation expansion, and was...well, not shocked, but kinda surprised that I was still seeing the same issues. My frame rate regularly dips down into single digits. I am not the sort that normally cares about frame rate, so long as it doesn't interfere with gameplay. But in this case, it did.
Thank...
Hell yes, I have, and that might have been what primed me to get so angry at Fall Guys. Haha!
No, I think you could just jump in. Try the demo out - it is self-contained and should make it pretty clear how it works. But there don't seem to be many story connections to the first games. That said - if you have a 3DS and can find them anywhere, Bravely Default and Bravely Second are awesome games.
Yeah, these games are GREAT! Definitely a day one purchase for me.
Jeez. Thank you for this.
