You could have at least used better examples.
Not one that's been in dev for almost 10 years..
The funny thing is, the majority will still pick the yearly franchises over these 'unique' titles ^_^

New platforms will be expensive.. Like PSVR @£350 excluding the required camera. With barely any games worthwhile. That will be another waiting game.
NXs being new will probably be more expensive than XO as well.. With slow growth in terms of games as it's a new platform.
Meanwhile XO will be hitting it's stride whilst the new platforms are still looking to pick up any steam.

Now that almost every industry is taking part. It has the potential to be big...
If it were Sony doing it alone, then I would easily write it off as another vita or 3D gaming.
But, everyone is in the VR thing now.
So it might actually take off.

Nintendo pretty much does their own thing...
PSVR is another VR headset. . There are better options already. . one of them is releasing first.
Xbox will run its course till the next successor releases. It's fate isn't tied to a competitors platforms.

I haven't had a reason to get PLUS since I got my PS4.
I certainly will when Uncharted 4 eventually drops. I love the multiplayer.
