I think you're very naive if you think ND themselves are in charge of this.
That's a nice way to get a Vita cheaper if you're interested. I got mine with 3 games and 16gb mem card for way under what the Vita alone costs in Norway.

I disagree with the article. How is this a bad idea? I've already been convincing my friends to buy a Vita - because it's an amazing device - the only difference now is that both people get free stuff. Who doesn't like free stuff?
