@Longrod:
There've been talks on combining Kinect and (regular) controller gameplay for games even before Kinect launch. It won't be too difficult to simplify the current controller to one fit for navigating single handedly.
As for the pricing, I don't suppose Kinect will stay 150 USD forever. It's supposed to prolong the 360's lifespan with multiple years. And if MS can squeeze a few extra bucks with some navigator, they won't mind. ...
Okay, the 'and microsoft' really finished it.
Some titles sound interesting, let's just hope they live up to their promise. I'm particularly interested in UFC: Trainer, curious to see how it'll all work out - pardon the pun.
I'm gonna pick it up one of these weeks as well.
This game just got interesting.
I'm pretty sure it will get peripherals. I actually think it's in need of a controller that can be held in one hand (yes, like Wii en Move) to meet needs for hardcore gamers.
This is just a bs review put online for hits. I'm not the biggest hack & slash fan, but I still need to get this one though.
Istanbul zou wel hard zijn abi ;)
Move indeed seems to be better for the more hardcore games. If I had a ps3, I would pick it up. Kinect is more for fun and play.
So tbh (as a 360 owner) I believe Sony is staying more true to the core of gamers, while MS is going for a broader public.
To give judgement on what is the better peripheral is thus quite silly, they're not the same thing at all. They both'll turn out to work well enough, it's just that the target sectors differ.
I was sceptical, but now I'm thinking maybe I'll pick up Kinect, just for laughs.
Best agrees/disagrees in n4g comments ever.
That would really bum me out.
I'm hoping for something set in current time on earth...
Definitely. Singularity really surprised me. Story kept it going, gameplay was not always original but still very enjoyable... Great game!
The Saboteur was mediocre at best. Another open world wherein the player travels from location to location doing repetitive missions...
It got boring after a while.
Man that demo sucked. Surprised by this score...
I've been told it's 12 hrs long. You sound like you finished it, right? Don't think so.
Same here, got rid of it as well. Now the complete pack is available for cheap.
Fans don't seem to be happy with this third installment. I'll pick this game from the bargain bin one day. For now I'll just wait for TWII, drops in three weeks here in EU.
If the guy's full of crap, stop giving him attention.
