Yep thats nintendo fans for ya. They thought mario and legend of zelda is equal to a 100 games. last time i checked mario galaxy was no longer talked about and the hype for breath of the wild is not the same as it was. It will be a classic no doubt but there is only so much a few good games can do vs. a constant stream of quality games both multiplats and exclusives. goodluck waiting for another mario and zelda game for 10 years.

Majority of us dont want yet another new gen of consoles since we are still enjoying our current consoles, mid gen upgrades are fine because we still play the same games but when the new one starts, devs will gradually leave out the last gen. like 360 and PS3 So yeah we want a PS5 right now....

The 360 had no more exclusives in its last 2 years while PS3 received 20plus in its final year before PS4 release. And it had a 1 year headstart but still lost worldwide. so yeah.

Last time I checked my smartphone was just used for calling texting and youtubing. Not Hardcore gaming in spite i have a capable phone. Please dont mix up mobile games with console and PC its insulting. i checked playstore and there was nothing worthwile even the paid ones, just a bunch of shovelware and MMORPG for phones.
OG xbox is powerful than PS2 but failed, Xbox 360 has slightly superior gpu than ps3 and had a 1 year head start but failed, Xbone is outsold 3:1 by PS4 worldwide. Now you guys think it will be different for Xbone X which in all xbox consoles has the weakest exclusives of all will change that?? Nice!! High Five. Uhmm since 2007 till 2010 PS3 was bashed to the ground; PSN has poor online and got hacked, PS3 has inferior multiplats, PS3 is so expensive, PS3 has mediocre games in its launch etc. etc. Yeah thats fair to say. Nintendo and xbots are no saint. Some are even delusional.

Yep impressive like the Wii craze back in 2006 which only had a handful of excellent games like mario galaxy, skyward sword, twilight princess and others. The rest are shovelware for motion gaming. Theres no guarantee that switch will keep momentum after several months of mario odyssey. A new game no matter how good or perfect cant keep a console flying of the shelves forever. Nintendo undoubtedly has masterpieces everytime but at what 3-5 years intterval??
