Honestly, only thing I want to see is being able to go to all regions. Gold/Silver is still my favorite since you can go to Kanto after you were done with Johto. I want to see a Pokemon with all regions and tons of Pokemon.

They've been going downhill ever since Tetsuya Takahashi left (creator of Xenogears). After he left, Hironobu Sakaguchi left (creator of Final Fantasy), and as the passing of time happened, we see them go even more downhill with all of their handheld games and lose all that money. And to put the nail in the coffin, they just bought Eidos. You usually buy a company that's doing well, but SE just went and bought a company that's also losing money.
