pach is a moron. i don't know why he has a show or right to speak. nothing he ever predicts comes true. only thing out of his mouth is obvious things. sky is blue, grass is green. once he tries to analyze, he just makes things up.
Minis need more reviewing. I see reviews on here all the time for stupid iPhone games that no one ever plays or hears about, but not so much on Minis. It was cool to see SPACE SHOOTER FOR $2 getting good reviews.
I am going to give it a chance. After the RE5 shinannigans, I am in need of some old school horror. I hope it delivers.
The biggest WTF with Kinect App usage was that Netflix wasn't going on from the start. Hope HULU will use it as well.
Which did you like more the SNES or Genesis version?
Genesis was a side scroller contra-style where you could play as a raptor or human.
SNES was a third person open world game, but had FPS view when you went in a building.
I thought the SNES version was cooler. Any thoughts?
Thanks. It really came up after Uncharted 2. I love the snow. And wish more game utilized snow. Plus imagine a Christmas bank robbery, or shooting out in a blizzard. Also it would be could to kill a dude and watch the fresh powder cover him up. Also it allows for minigames like ice skating, and sledding. Maybe a mission where you drive down the street in a reindeer-pulled sleigh dressed as Santa and you need to blow the mayor away...That would be really cool.
Since the older models need an outside power source, it is possible that the strain Kinect puts on older 360s could cause them to get hotter and mess up, but in all honesty this just happens. Next it's Move causes YLOD. Things just happen. 9 times out of 10 the reason consoles get RRs or YLs anymore is cause of poor air and gamers don't take care of their stuff.
The $250 3D Sony camera was really cool. That's a great deal for it.
I am interested in all these new iPad killer tablets too. I don't know which one I want to buy yet.

I don't want him doing it. But if it means Detroit as a location, then I'd be happy. I always wanted a GTA in Detroit during the winter. Snow is what I want to see. Also there's a heavy Arab community there. Plus they can have Canadians and the area itself includes a big city and plenty of forest, lakes, etc. I think it would be a nice change up to the other games. Just don't use Slim as the main character. he can be a set of side missions on 8 Mile or something.
I hope it looks good. Make the dinosaurs looks epic. I fear this will be a first person shooter though. I want some originality and puzzle solving in it.

Technology is moving in a different direction. This is actually a good thing. Instead of trying to go forward, they are making the now, much more dynamic. Gaming related tech will be held in conferences sepereately, like how Ninnty is having a special 3DS press release next week.

The art syle is very Pan's Labrynth. The company is spanish and the game has that Del Toro feel. Plus,(don't know about 360) in the PS3 version, you can save all concept art you unlock/buy in the game to the Photos XMB to use as themes or share with friends. Epic game on the level of many AAA exclusives. I love C:LoS and can't wait to see if they get a sequel out.
Downpour? So I assume it's raining. I like the escaped prisoner theme. I hope this one really messes with my mind. The last few SH games weren't that great. But know this looks oldschool as hell just in HD pumps me up. The trailer was short but the gameplay looks great. Looks of classic Silent Hill fear and that fantasy japanese horror, like melting walls and passageways revealed by burning the floor away.
Yes, This is in my top 5 fav gamcube games. I have been wanting a sequel for ever!

$20 for a 25 hour game? It's way to awesome to pass up. GOTY contender that got no respect. One of the best looking games this gen too.

Looks pretty good. Nice to know your feet aren't glued to the earth to shoot. This doesn't feel oldschool RE. I didn't like RE5 and both of these games look like they are RE5 side stories.
3DS is going to be a killer handheld. Can't wait to see what comes out this year for it.
