I really want to see how this game handles. It looks very different and interesting.

Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect 2, AND The Old Republic!!! I'm still playing Dragon Age, but it's one of those games you gotta really get into and commit to, and with all these releases it's gonna be hard to even finish it :/

It looks like Bioware is gonna go all out for this one, and considering their usual work is phenomenal, I'm guessing ME2 is gonna be nothing short of a AAA title.
I got my Collector's Edition preordered and I'm set!!! :D
Some other ones that deserve to be mentioned: Dante's Inferno, Gran Turismo 5, Final Fantasy XIII, Just Cause 2, and Alpha Protocol.

I completely agree. As of right now, the only big franchises in the stealth action genre are MGS and Splinter Cell (and if you want to include Batman AA, there's that too). We need more stealth action games!!! It wouldn't have to be a remake necessarily, but I think Syphon Filter would do well this gen.
Another stealth game that needs to be broughten back is Theif, and I'm pretty sure Eidos is working on Thief 4 right now.

...as long as the other aspects hold up. In some cases, it even makes the story clearer and keeps the plot stable. It's really the least of my concerns about this game right now. Where things stand now, I'm still impressed by what I've seen of the game, so unless something more serious than linearity factors its way into the US version, I'm still getting this.
Hope the same goes for the sequel. Can't wait!!

the combat system for Versus or Agito, not for his unannounced game. I could see this more for Agito than anything else, but you never know. Only time will tell.

This is actually pretty well written.
AC2 won some awards because it's well-deserving in lots of catagories. But up against a game like Uncharted 2, it's nearly impossible. Nevertheless, both of these games are phenomenal and definitely the best I've played all year (along with Batman AA).
Were Dead Space 2 and Batman AA 2 even confirmed for 2010?
