For 2000 ~ 4000 is overkill, systems for people who like to have a big e penis, but adds nothing to the game but a higher fps, which is already 50+ on highest settings on a 1200 rig.

So the meta will be the deciding factor.
Also, excluding indy's, the Xb1 has a lot more coming in the next year then the ps4.
Sony barely announced anything but indy stuff.
MS on the other hand got around 10 bit budget exclusives games for the western market, for the first year already, and still hasnt announced everything...

The E3 build was laggy, but the pax version was fixed.
