I am already over, the 360 got me over because its first party line up was more my cup of tea.
Its only obvious that i want to keep playing these games, so i am not hurt by a bunch of minor changes in the service the Xb1 provides.
In the end the main focus of a platform you buy, is what you do with it yourself, my focus will be the games i wanna play.

But if they both have a controller, and both do motion to a certain extend, then how can the Xb1 not do traditional gaming as well.
Got no issues with the authentication check.
I would if the 360 had it, because the 360 had limited built in connectivity capabilities.
Just like all my other devices, the Xb1 will be 24-7 hooked to my WiFi lan.
I see no reason why the Xb1 wont do traditional gaming.
It got a controller.
Didnt care for kinect 1, but do care more for 2, seems to be a lot more accurate with greatly reduced lag.
Also the fact that it comes with every console might give it a good chance to be actively used by developers to add some extra features.
Quantum Break and Forza, bring em on.
Looking forward to see what more MS might announce.
Molyneux doest work for MS and Lionhead anymore.
He works for 22cans now, Who are working on Godus, a Popolous sucsessor.
The billion was just an example as a reaction to what analysts said.
Analysts calculated that 300 to 400 million consoles could be sold this gen, MS reacted by saying if consoles could do that, then the xb1 should be able to do a billion, as they claim its more then just a console.
That already happens with Intunes stuff, and people eat that up.
IF your internet drops, you get the standard quality that comes from the disc.
That should not be a big deal, because without the cloud you would only have what the xb1 can offer out of the box.
And PSN also got a + account that gives them a slightly better treatment.
Well, some of them already have been revealed, New Forza, Ryse, Quantum Break, New crackdown.
And obviously Rare, Lionhead and 343 also have something down the pipeline.
So thats already half of the 15 exclusives covered, and none of them are casual games or live games.
And those games are the sole reason i buy a console.
I am not very interested in the non game features, i am simply getting the xb1 for the games.
Remedy, Rare, Lionhead, Turn10 are the developers that made me interested in the xbox 360, and they are still around for the Xb1.
So i dont really see much problems with the X1, after all, they will keep delivering the games.
But yeah, i agree on those 5 points, especially the getting the bad news out early part.
It will make people look at E3 a lot m...
Actually, adding extra frames is where the XB1 cloud could come in, part of the frames could be rendered in the cloud and streamed to the Xb1.
Current gen got a bit stale to me, so i lost my appetizer to discuss it.
Having the Next gen on the horizon put me in the mood again.
I think its still appealing, because of Remedy, Rare, Lionhead and Turn10.
I am getting an X1 for the games, unless E3 changes my mind.
Ah great, 5 more years of articles and posts about ps4 games not using full potential because the xb1 is holding it back...
Might as well get an Xb1 then.
I suppose you wont have to switch profiles anymore, just look at your controller, it saves you a few clicks.
Its kind of a mix between the first xbox controller and the 360 controller.
I have no special opinion on the looks, i think its ok.
The feedback on the triggers sounds cool tho.
Nice feature, but i have to see how it works out first.
Until then plenty of games to play.
Competition, plain and simple.
If you dont take competitors seriously, they could overrun you.
Sony is mature enough to know that markets change and evolve constantly.
Look at Nintendo and the Wii, they where completely disregarded by MS and Sony.
