With DRM they meant whether you can play second hand games, not whether you need an internet connection or not.
DRM is possible without internet, who knows the ps4 will mark used disc's with its blu ray laser.
Or maybe you can only go online once with a game, after which it is registered, and reselling it will turn it into a single player only game.
Thing is, this DRM on MS console is demanded by the publishers, as MS itself doesnt earn anything on it, as revealed in their last press conference.
So why would publishers not demand it from Sony as well, even considering that Sony hasnt done anything so far to rule out DRM, besides some trolling on twitter.
