Blu ray isnt needed this gen, and it will be too weak for the next gen.
Blu ray is nothing more then a tie in between DVD and what is really about to come next.

I thought that FF6 was a perfect game, but then i played Chrono trigger, then i believed that was the perfect game.
But then i played Final Fantasy 7, and i believed that was the perfect game, and i couldnt imagine that an even better game could be made.

But then i played Xenogears..... True RPG perfection, nothing since then has surpassed it.
Indeed, Shift may be better looking then GT5, it doesnt play like GT5.

shenmue is a cult hit, aka popular title among a small group.
Many people dont give a dong about Shenmue, me included, i found it one of the most boring games i had on my DC.
Vampire Rain, is a niche title, how can a niche title flop in the first place.
Ninja Blade and Banjo sold more then a million copies, so they dont apply as flops.
plenty of flop on the ps3, while the 360 only got one.
if a couple of people think that way, then its still not a success, its niche then.

Nothing to cry about, il be playing Geow3 sooner or later, and you guys are stucked with gow3.
God of war 3 is at most on par with Geow1.
The ps3 cant handle gfx of that level.
Kz2 is about the limit for the ps3.
The ps3 doesnt have shared memory, and a bad gpu, games like Geow require strong Gpu's and fast memory.

Not really, they do give free updates to your existing OS to increase your own safety on the internet.
MS does, i know plenty of people who send in a modded xbox, MS simple erased their modded firmware and put a new one on it, then they repaired it and send it back.
