Actually, theres only a couple of exclusives that run on the unreal engine, Gears and Mass effect for example.
All the other exclusives, Forza, banjo, fable, alan wake, splinter cell, dead or alive, halo, kameo, magna carta, venetica etch, run on their own engine.
