The problem for me is that this console serves no purpose. Its a box with old atari games and no new games. I maybe would have bought this out of curiosity but now the Xbox Series X and PS5 has my money. I will not spare or take off another better gaming console off my hdmi port, to plug in this nothing of a console.

I'm more upset with retailers like Walmart than I am with Sony. I bet Sony did tell retailers to have preorders on the 17th and Walmart decided to pull early. I sat on Best Buys website for 2 to 3 hours trying to check out my order for the unit. Someone needs to address Ebay and stop allowing scalpers to use software tricks in order to steal consoles and sell them at high prices away from people who would like to own the system at the original cost. I think we are looking too much into it. The Mario 35th Anniversary games are for that event. I think Nintendo will release these games by themselves or add them to the online service down the road. That's impressive tech but only having 512gb of storage is the letdown. If you buy the 1tb memory card, your at the cost of the Series X.
