Well there was a problem in my area with the internet yesterday and my net was down all day and was fixed around lunch time today and I couldnt get on Diablo 3 at all. This is why I hate this kind of DRM, essentially Diablo 3 was just a dead programme using up hard drive space...

Im not saying OtherM had no problems but for me personally being a huge Metroid fan and playing the games for 17 years now and having had every single Metroid Game from Super Metroid + getting the two Previous games, Metroid and Metroid 2 not long after getting Super Metroid back in the day, Other M stands above Hunters.

The hate for other M is unbelievable, some people rate it worse than Prime Hunters! And that game was rubbish! I think Other M would be more suited to the 3DS but as it was the game was fantastic! Yes there were issues that did stick out but I personally wouldnt mind seeing this style of metroid game on a handheld.

Yea imagine this game on the 360/PS3/WiiU! The graphics on the remake still hold up really well today but imagine the kind of pre rendered backgrounds they could get and how well the character models could look?

Im sorry ATi_Elite emulating a console is not a simple copy and paste. Most PCs can just about handle a PS2 and the GC/WiiU emulator even on a pretty beefy machine. Im no programmer but I'm sure the main reason emulators such as the PS2 and Wii are kind of slow is because of the RISC instructions used in most consoles. If they havnt got a 360 emulator on a PC then they wont get a WiiU one on PC any time soon.

Yea I wouldnt be too surprised if its 1080p Native on WiiU but at the same time it will be a shock if that makes sense ?
Im planning on getting this on PC but if its 1080p native and has the same kind of texture quality as the PC I will cancel my pre-order and get it on WiiU because of the controller! It would be stupid if Gearbox dont put the motion sensor on the WiiU screen
Yeah I use the "Fear formula" as an example of how FPSs have been watered down to attract the COD crowd lol. But yeah FEAR1 was outstanding PC game it was benchmark at the time, if your PC could run it - it could run anything! AI,Sound,Graphics,How the guns handled and the horror were just outstanding but the last 2 FEARs were just terrible.
Yeah could be hard drive requirements like how much a save file would take up etc.

Reminds me of FEAR 1 on PC when it was released! Just the particle effects and destruction in the walls and the sparks just bring me back to playing FEAR 1 on my Dual Nvidia 7600 setup! But the last 2 FEARs were terrible in comparison.
A new FEAR that takes notes from the first FEAR with this engine would be amazing

Your right and I should of said rumoured specs on my link lol but I dont think they genuine. People need to think, what would be the point in making something only a little bit or on par with the 360 and PS3? To have some a "little" faster than the PS3 and 360 would mean nintendo would have to get parts that aren't in circulation any more!
The WiiU will defiantly be more powerful than both 360 and PS3 and wouldn't be surprised if multi-plats turn out better ...

I thought the two games would of went hand in hand. People watch Prometheus and then get the mood for more Aliens and pick up the blu ray collection of the films or the Game!
Same here mate im f***ing fuming I was looking forward to this game for a while and I really dont have the money to spare for extra quests! I really wish this DLC would come to an end! Its getting the arse ripped out of it!
Yeah I read that but I dont think it would be locked at 720p that would be stupid it must been a translation error and he was talking about the texture resolution. But if it is just 720p it will be a real shame but im sure modders will work it out
