ME 1 is worth it alone. It is how the rest of the series should of been in terms of its RPG elements which they stripped down in ME 2 and 3. So I would get ME1 on its own when its out on PS3
OpenGL needs to be more enticing for developers as it used to be back in the 90s and the very early 2000s. Im not too sure why there was a huge shift to DX since OpenGL was pretty well supported back in the day and it was the API i used for CS and Half Life due to its better performance.
But I hope OpenGL gets more support so Linux can be a viable gaming OS! I know you can use Wine but the performance isnt great!

I dont think its Golden Age Syndrome. I just took a quick look at my PC collection but mainly the games from Bioware, BalderGate games, Neverwinter Nights, Jade Empire, Knights of the Old Republic, Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect (1).
Now look at their recent attempts at making games, Bioware were an amazing company and all the games I listed above were outstanding.

I said the exact same thing when RE4 came out. I remember going to my friend "Yeah this is good and it does have the RE characters but I don't like the way the series is going and I think it will get worse" and my friend just laughed and claimed RE4 as the best RE ever. Now I did like RE4 but it wasn't my favorite and it looks like the series wont be going back to horror any time soon
YES STAN! I agree I played revelations and I did feel that Capcom were going the right way. I didnt like the fact you had someone following you the whole time but I was looking forward to RE6 until this demo. Not interested anymore.
I played the public demo of RE6 after being let down by the Dragons Dogma demo and the demo has put me off RE6 completely. And wtf is with that QTE when your in the police car in Leons campaign? It didnt add tension it was just anoying.
Yeah I am shocked at this considering how bad Skyrim is on PS3 and also Fallout3/NV had their share of problems on PS3. But that Oblivion port was done by someone else who is more capable than Bethesda

well going by the demo I got with Dragons Dogma this game is not a 9.
did they say its native 1080p ? I dont think it is
well the memory is split between the operating system and what the games can use. So instead of just 1gb of RAM for both the games and the OS, the OS has its dedicated memory. This should mean it will be a great multi-tasker
Good stuff, means the box wont be ruined with that terrible purple banner saying "Better With Kinect". Ruins the box art completely
